this is an easy question, you have 2 choices,...
this is an easy question, you have 2 choices, emaxx nimh, or e revo lipo. e revo suspension sux hard core if you try to put 12-14 nimh in it is too heavy.

if that is a 4 pole out runner, see if your esc...
if that is a 4 pole out runner, see if your esc has 30 degree timming, that should fix your cogging issue
