Also PS3s do fail. Mine did - I got the 'Yellow Light of Death'. Managed to get a brand new slim line one with the new Dualshock 3 out of HMV even though it was 1 year and 7 months in. Love the UK Sale of Goods Act, and consumer rights in general. Was able to argue that 19 months wasn't a reasonable length of time for £350 of electronics to last. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move. |
