I probably would have set the wheels up with more protection behind them- I see just a tad bit of pink over-spray on the lower A-arms & surrounding area; should wash off okay though. That is looking very good though- I hope your girlfriend shows her appreciation

Will do sometime in the future. I'm trying to fund my E-Revo conversion AND build a crawler AND finish my 1:1 Jeep. Cash is tight :D

More pics and vids! I had to shave the E-tranny to accept the 17T pinion on there. I think I'm gonna bump it up to a 19T though, too much acceleration. Instead of pulling a wheelie, it spins the tires!

size comparison

Temp. ready to go

She loves it! I gotta boil the old rims and mount the tires on the new ones. It's just something I gotta do and she was really excited about the BL setup, especially since it was "so pretty and purple" haha.

That did turn out really good, and went together really quick. The speed looks about the same as the Hvmaxx, but the truck is much more nimble compared to an Emaxx- good work man.

It's a Hacker C50 Maxx with their Master Car Sport controller. I picked it up for less than $100 used on another forum. Gotta keep your eye open for good deals! The Rx pack is for the controller - there is no built in BEC. I'd rather have it this way though, yes it's added weight, but that's really not an issue since it's just her toy. This thing *could* race and in that case I'd get a BEC and some LiPos, but since it's just for her, I'll save all the expensive stuff for me!
