Looks great. I like the idea of a non-permanent mount myself, the esc can melt a big hole into the top of your batts while you frantically try to remove it from the chassis otherwise (the esc is dead already, you are correct about that). What about some thumb-screws like you get on PC cases, instead of allen headed bolts? Might be a,little on the large side I suppose, but if the mount is hinged on one side, you only need one screw on the other...
