Telephone boxes, mail boxes, neighbor's cat, they all come out of nowhere

Now I'm stumped, the front and center diffs are immaculate and the grub screw is absolutely locked onto the motor shaft and isn't slipping at all. I'll get some video of it and see what people make of it.
