Nice work xleonex! That's very compact and light weight looking diff mount. What motor have you considered?

I might rethink my diff mount. It might be too fragile. It's just that don't have all these nice equipments to work e.g aluminium

But to the other news. Guess what guys. Those pics I showed you earlier (genesis with sturdy diff mounts). I think I just bought it Should be here early next week..

For me? Thanks, but I think I could do 'em by myself. I have some aluminium tubing here somewhere. Just have to take accurate measures and use some hacksaw. Can't be hard Finding a place for it from tvp's is a another story...
I meant that don't have equipments to do any complicated parts..

I still haven't make an order for Mike. Damn! Im missing the most important things. Elecs.
I have thought about 6-8s setup. Medusa 80mm 1100 kv with mmm or lt-10s controller. Don't know if lutach still sells them. Or should I wait till ccneu 1500kv motor? Lipos don't have a clue.. Opinions, suggestions? Im open minded

Well my work may not be as neat and clean as everyone else but here are some pics of what I have so far. I plan on keeping the stock tranny for now. Does anyone have any suggestions on a gear selection for this setup. I am planning on using a mmm with the neu 2200kv motor running off of a 4s 4000mah battery. I have seen the two speed adapter in the rc-monster store site, but I think that it is set up backwards for this application. Should I just order the gears that fit it opposite for what they are listed as, and are the gears that fit it the proper pitch? I am looking to achieve about 35-45 mph.

Thats the way to do it, if you want to keep the stock gearbox. Nice start.
About the gearing. Like I said before that two gear pinion is quite pita. (Expensive and rather hard to get different sizes). I would suggest you to try something what jzemaxx did. He locked the gears so he have to use just 1 pinion. Dunno if it works on 3 speed gb though. jzemaxx owns nemesis which has 2 speed box..

Just my two cents

w00t! My second Genesis arrived today. Dang I must be crazy. Haven't even finished the last one But the price was so rip off, couldn't say no. 170 $ for genesis and 52$ for spider center diff. And what best there's already diff/motor and battery mounts in it

Edit:. Typos
