There's a few places that sell the alloy arms for em, just google "multiplex digi 4 arm"

It's a little bigger than my std sized servos.

As for spline, I'm using one of the arms that came with the baja kit. It says "Hi 8mm" on it. So Hitec I guess. Only problem is, the baja comes with a few arms
